Philip Garrett 
Philip was born on November 17th, 1883.1 Philip's father was Robert Jonathan Garrett and his mother was Sarah Sally Short. His paternal grandparents were Overstreet Wiley Garrett and Elizabeth A. Roberson. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Lewis Ed, Walter J., John, Martha Elizabeth and Martha Elizabeth. He died at the age of 67 on October 6th, 1951. He was buried in Hatcher Cemetery, Freeport, Walton County, Florida.1 1 -
