Jadie Garrett 
Jadie was born on April 7th, 1908 in McWilliams, Wilcox County, Alabama.1 Jadie's father was James Gardner Garrett and his mother was Bertha Mae Williams. His paternal grandparents were James Pinson Garrett and Annie E Smith; his maternal grandparents were Irvan Williams and Ann Autrey. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Denzer James, Grover Cleveland, William Heyward, Annie Lou, Lillie Clara and Mattie Vivian. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 59 on June 19th, 1967 in Camden, Wilcox County, Alabama.1 -
