Joel GILBERT

Joel was born on May 29th, 1758.¹ Joel's father was John GILBERT and his mother was Sarah MARCHANT. His paternal grandparents were Thomas GILBERT and Elizabeth HOWE. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Josiah, Eli, John, Lemuel, Thomas, Agur, Marchant, Anna and Sarah Ann. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 55 in 1813.¹
