Franklin Harper III Elmore 
Franklin Harper III was born on July 8th, 1862 in SC.1 Franklin Harper III's father was Franklin Harper, Jr. Elmore and his mother was Mary Eugenia Goodwyn. His paternal grandparents were Franklin Harper Elmore and Harriet Chesnut Taylor. He had three sisters named Harriett Chesnut, May and Rosa Goodwyn. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 67 on February 27th, 1930.1 -
