Will W. Cowart

Will W. was born in 1867.¹   Will W.'s father was Wiley Cowart and his mother was Elizabeth A. Lee.  His paternal grandparents were William Cowart and Nancy Gillespie. He had three brothers named John I., Joseph Charles and Colis Seaborn.  He was the second youngest of the four children.
