Thomas, Jr. Cooper 
Thomas, Jr. was born in 1759.1 Thomas, Jr.'s father was Thomas, Sr. Cooper and his mother was Phebe Hibbs. His paternal grandparents were William- Cooper and Mary Groom. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Evan, John, Phebe and Mary. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 80 in 1839.1 -
