Julia Cooper

Julia was born about 1837.¹ Julia's father was Cortland Comly, Ship Chandler Cooper and her mother was Clarissa ? Cooper. Her paternal grandparents were James Cooper and Sarah Comly. She had two brothers and two sisters, named James Comly, Henry George, Adelaide and Clarissa Cornelia. She was the third oldest of the five children. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named James, Emily and Sally.
