James Cooper 
James was born about 1828.1 James' father was Cortland Comly, Ship Chandler Cooper and his mother was Sally ? Cooper. His paternal grandparents were James Cooper and Sarah Comly. He had two sisters named Emily and Sally. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named James Comly, Henry George, Adelaide, Julia and Clarissa Cornelia. He died on February 18th, 1862 in Oswego, New York.1 -
