Alpheus H. Cooper 
Alpheus H. was born on September 16th, 1818 in Pennsylvania.1 Alpheus H.'s father was Meshach Cooper and his mother was Elizabeth Ludwick. His paternal grandparents were James- Cooper and Elizabeth Wager. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James, Levi, Cyrus, Sophia, Susannah and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 77 on July 20th, 1896 in Yankee Ridge, Ohio.1 -
