Levi Cooper

Levi was born in 1817.¹ Levi's father was Meshach Cooper and his mother was Elizabeth Ludwick. His paternal grandparents were James- Cooper and Elizabeth Wager. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James, Alpheus H., Cyrus, Sophia, Susannah and Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the seven children.
