Theophilus Castellaw 
Theophilus was born about 1798 in NC.1 Theophilus' father was William Castellaw and his mother was Sarah Mitchell. His paternal grandparents were John Castellaw and Martha Sarah Butler. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John H., Corenlious, William, James, Harriet, Mary and Sally. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died in 1861 in NC.1 General Notes
