William Castellaw 
William was born about 1765 in NC.1 William's father was John Castellaw and his mother was Martha Sarah Butler. His paternal grandparents were James, Sr. Castellaw and Sarah Williams. He had two brothers and five sisters, named John, James C., Elizabeth, Prudence, Martha, Sarah and Penelope. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Bartholomew, John Dawson, Henry Dawson, John William, Thomas Jefferson, Charlotte, Nancy W. and Harriet. He died in 1805 in NC.1 General Notes

"William Castellaw son of Martha Butler" 65 acres for twenty shillings.
