Hannah CHAPIN

Hannah was born on July 18th, 1680 in Milford, New Haven Co., Conneticut.¹ Hannah's father was Japhet CHAPIN and her mother was Abilene (Abidenah) COOLEY. Her paternal grandparents were SAMUEL (Deacon) CHAPIN and CICELY PENNEY; her maternal grandparents were Samuel COOLEY and Ann PRUDDEN. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, Thomas, John, Ebenezer, Daniel, David, Jonathan, Jonathan, Hannah and Sarah. She died at the age of 85 on September 30th, 1765 in Springfield, Hampden Co., Massachusetts.¹
