David CHAPIN

David was born on November 16th, 1682 in Milford, New Haven Co., Conneticut.¹ David's father was Japhet CHAPIN and his mother was Abilene (Abidenah) COOLEY. His paternal grandparents were SAMUEL (Deacon) CHAPIN and CICELY PENNEY; his maternal grandparents were Samuel COOLEY and Ann PRUDDEN. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Samuel, Thomas, John, Ebenezer, Daniel, Jonathan, Jonathan, Hannah, Hannah and Sarah. He died at the age of 89 on July 17th, 1772 in Springfield, Hampden Co., Massachusetts.¹
