Louis Needham Blount 
Louis Needham was born on March 5th, 1886.1 Louis Needham's father was James Alexander Blount and his mother was Rebecca Virginia Garrett. His maternal grandparents were Overstreet Wiley Garrett and Martha P Bozeman. He had a brother and four sisters, named Thomas, Ana Elizabeth, Mary Temperance, Eliza Lyd and Jennie. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 76 on December 31st, 1962. He was buried in Hatcher Cemetery, Freeport, Florida.1 1 -
