Susan Caledonia Adams

Susan Caledonia was born on May 2nd, 1853 in Coosa Co., AL.¹   Susan Caledonia's father was William Henry Cidney Adams and her mother was Lucy Frances Carriker.  Her maternal grandparents were Henry Carriker and Elizabeth Burnette. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Charles, William Cidney, Mary E., Sarah Jane, Delila Ann and Martha Georgiana.  She was the second oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 70 in 1923 in Coosa Co., AL.  She was buried in Poplar Springs Cemetery, Coosa Co., AL.^1 1 

‌Susan Caledonia and James Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on October 28th, 1869 in Elmore Co., AL.¹
