William de Braose VIII 
William was born in of Wiston. William's father was William de Braose VII Lord Braose of Gower and his mother was Mary de Ros. His paternal grandparents were William de Braose VI Mar de Montferrat and Isabel de Clare; his maternal grandparents were William de Ros III Baron Ros of Belvoir and Maud de Vaux. He had a brother and a sister, named Richard and Margaret. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William, Giles, Peter, John, Aliva and Joan. He died in 1360.-
