Margery de was born on August 10th, 1310 in Alton Castle, Cheadle, Staffordshire, England.  Margery de's father was Theobald 2nd Baron de Verdun , MP, Sir and her mother was Maud de Mortimer.  Her paternal grandparents were Theobald 1st Baron de Verdun , Sir and Margery (Margaret) de Bohun , Heiress of Bisley; her maternal grandparents were Edmund 1st Baron de Mortimer , 7th Lord Wigmore and Margaret de Fiennes. She had two sisters named Elizabeth de and Joan de. She had a half-sister named Isabel de.  She died before 1377.
