Hrollangr Rognvaldsson 
Hrollangr was born in 0867 in Maer, Norway. Hrollangr's father was Eystein Ivarsson Glumra Jarl of the Uplands and his mother was Ascrida Ragnvaldsdottir. His paternal grandparents were Ivar Oplaendinge Jarl of the Uplanders of Norway and Eysteinsdotter Throndheim; his maternal grandparents were Ragnvald Gudrodsson of Agder and Tora Sigurdsdottir. He had five brothers named Robert (Rollo) Duke of, Malahule Haldrick, Turstan, Rognvald Eysteinsson Earl and Thorir Rognvaldsson Earl Of. He was the third youngest of the six children.
