Turstan De Bastenburg 
Turstan was born in 0865. Turstan's father was Eystein Ivarsson Glumra Jarl of the Uplands and his mother was Ascrida Ragnvaldsdottir. His paternal grandparents were Ivar Oplaendinge Jarl of the Uplanders of Norway and Eysteinsdotter Throndheim; his maternal grandparents were Ragnvald Gudrodsson of Agder and Tora Sigurdsdottir. He had five brothers named Robert (Rollo) Duke of, Malahule Haldrick, Hrollangr, Rognvald Eysteinsson Earl and Thorir Rognvaldsson Earl Of. He was the third oldest of the six children.
