Reginald was born about 1100 in Dunstanville, Kent, England.  Reginald's father was King Henry I "Beauclerc" England King and his mother was Sibyl (Adela) (Lucy) Corbet.  His paternal grandparents were [King England] William I "The Conqueror" King Of England [King England] and Matilda (Maud) Flanders [Queen England]. He had two brothers and six sisters, named William Constable Of, Gilbert Of, Eustacia De, Sibylla, Daughter Of, Emma Of, Joan (Elizabeth) and Gunherd Of. He had six half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Henry, Son Prince Of, William "Atheling", Richard, Robert "The King's Son", William De, Maud Princess Of, Elizabeth Princess Of, Euphamia Of, Adelaide Of, Matilda "The Empress" Princess Of, Constance  Of and Alice Princess Of.  He died on July 1st, 1175 in Chertsey, Sussex, England.  He was buried in Sheriff Of Devon.
