Constance De was born about 0986 in Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, France.  Constance De's father was William II Count Of Arles & Provence and her mother was Adelaide (Blanche D' Anjou Blanca. She had a brother named William III Count Of Arles &.  She was the younger of the two children. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named William III Taillefer Count Of, Bertrand De, Pons De, Ermengarde Of, Lucie De, Toda Of and Arsinde De.  She died on July 25th, 1032 in Meulan, Yvelines, Ile-DE-France, France.  She was buried in St Denis Abbey, Seine, France.
