Cecily was born on May 31st, 1415 in Raby, Durham, England.  Cecily's father was Ralph De NEVILLE EARL OF WESTMORLAND and her mother was Joan De BEAUFORT COUNTESS OF WESTMORLAND.  Her paternal grandparents were John NEVILLE LORD NEVILLE and Maud De PERCY; her maternal grandparents were John "Of Gaunt" Of ENGLAND DUKE OF LANCASTER and Katherine De ROET. She had nine brothers and four sisters, named Richard, William, Henry De, Thomas De, Cuthbert De, Robert, John De, George, Edward, Eleanor, Joan, Catherine De and Anne.  She was the second youngest of the fourteen children. She had two half-brothers and nine half-sisters, named Ralph De, John De, Maud De, Alice De, Phillippa de, Elizabeth De, Anne De, Anastasia De, Margaret De, Elizabeth De and Mary De.  She died at the age of 80 on May 31st, 1495 in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, England.  She was buried in Fotheringhay, Northhamptonshire, England.

‌Cecily and Richard were married in a religious ceremony before October 18th, 1424 in Yorkshire, England.  They had eight sons and four daughters, named Edward IV King Of, Edmund, William, John, George, Thomas, Richard III King Of, Henry, Anne, Elizabeth, Margaret and Ursula.
