Joan De was born about 1368 in Ch√¢teau De Beaufort, Maine-et-Loire, France.  Joan De's father was John "Of Gaunt" Of ENGLAND DUKE OF LANCASTER and her mother was Katherine De ROET. She had three brothers named John "Fairborn", Henry "Cardinal" De and Thomas. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John, Edward, Henry IV King Of, John, Thomas, Philippa Plantagenet Queen Of, Isabel, Elizabeth and Catherine.  She died on November 13th, 1440 in Howden, Yorkshire, England.  She was buried in Lincoln Catheral, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.
