Frethesanda de Munchensy 
Frethesanda de was born about 1150 in Gooderstone, Swaffham, Norfolk, England. Frethesanda de's father was Warin de Munchensy , of Gooderstone, Sir and her mother was Agnes FitzJohn , Heiress of Swanscombe. She had two brothers and a sister, named Ralph de, William de and Alice de. She was the second oldest of the four children.
They had a daughter named Frethesant.
