Sybil was born about 1191 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales and her baptism took place in 1209 in St David's, Pembrokeshire, Wales.  Sybil's father was 3rd Earl Of Pembroke William "The Protector" Marshall 3rd Earl Of Pembroke and her mother was [Countess Of Pembroke Isabel De Clare [Countess Of Pembroke.  Her paternal grandparents were John "The Marshall" Fitzgilbert and Sibilla (Sibyl) De Salisbury; her maternal grandparents were [2Nd Earl Pembroke] Richard "Strongbow" Fitzgilbert Richard Strongbow Earl Of Pembroke [2Nd Earl Pembroke]/Clare and [Countess Of Ireland Eve (Aoife) Macmurrough [Countess Of Ireland. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Gilbert VII Earl Of Pembroke, William, Richard, Anselm, Walter, Maud, Eve, Isabel and Joane.  She was the oldest of the ten children.  She died before 1238 in (Unknown), Eng.

‌Sybil were married in a religious ceremony before May 14th, 1219 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales.  She had a biological daughter named Eleanor De.
