William De Venables 
William was born in 1300 in Kinderton, Cheshire, England. William's father was Roger De Venables and his mother was Alice De Pennington. His paternal grandparents were Hugh De Venables and Alice De Oxton; his maternal grandfather was Alan De Pennington. He had a sister named Letitia. He was the younger of the two children. Sir William Venables died 20 of Edward I (1292). His name appears on several deeds, the first of which bears the date of 1267. He married Margaret, daughter of Sir Thomas Dutton. He restored to the monks of Chester the advowson of Astbury, of which his father had despoiled them, and died the year following. He was married in 1253 and had Hugh, Sir William and a daughter, Cecelia.
