His paternal grandparents were Bodegisel II "Dux ," Governor of Aquitaine and Oda; his maternal grandfather was Arnoldus XXVII , Bishop of Metz. He had a brother named Mayor of the Palace of Austrasia. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 94 in 0690.
He had a biological daughter named Kunza.
