Arnoldus XXVII , Bishop of Metz

Arnoldus was born about 0546.  Arnoldus' father was Gallo-Roman Senator of Narbonne Ansbertus and his mother was Princess of the Franks Blithilda.  His paternal grandparents were Gallo-Roman Senator of Narbonne Ferreolus and Abbess of St. Pierre de Rheims Dode; his maternal grandparents were King of the Franks Chlothar , King of the Franks and Ingund. He had three brothers named Erchenaud, Modericus and Bishop of Treves.

He had two biological daughters named Doda and Iduberga.
