Isabel Basset

Isabel was born about 1176 in Chapham, Bedfordshire, England.  Isabel's father was (Baron Wallingford) Thurston Basset (Baron Wallingford) and her mother was Mrs-Thurston Basset. She had a brother and five sisters, named Richard, Joan, Egilina, Alice, Matilda and Laurencia.  She was the oldest of the seven children.  She died in 1224.

‌Isabel and Robert De were married in a religious ceremony about 1190 in Hanslape, Buckinghamshire, England.  They had a son named William V.
