Margery was born about 1456 in Of, Little Wenham, Suffolk, England. Margery's father was sir Thomas BREWS and her mother was Elizabeth DEBENHAM. Her paternal grandparents were SIR Robert BREWS and Ela STAPLETON. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Edward, John, Muriel, Margaret and Elizabeth. She was the oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named William, Giles and Alice. She died in 1495. She was buried in At White Friars, Norwick, Norfolk, England.
