William Franklin West 
William Franklin was born on March 31st, 1868. William Franklin's father was George Harrison West and his mother was Martha Ann Gardner. His paternal grandparents were John William West and Elizabeth Frazier. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Piercey Ellinder, Tennie Lee, Wyatt Alvin, Melissa Jane, Sarah Elizabeth, Maude and Lois. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 89 on May 30th, 1957.-
