William Upton 
William was born on June 10th, 1663 in Danvers, Essex, MA. William's father was John Upton and his mother was Eleanor Stuart. His paternal grandparents were William Upton and Amye Loves; his maternal grandfather was James Stuart. He had six brothers and five sisters, named John, James, Samuel, Ezekiel, Joseph, Francis, Eleanor, Eleanor, Mary, Ann and Isabel. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 76 in March 1740.-
