William Washington Sisler 
William Washington was born on March 21st, 1823. William Washington's father was Michael Sisler and his mother was Mary Butts. His paternal grandparents were Michael Sisler and Rachel Pence. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Joseph B., John, Henry Agustis, Napoleon Bonipart, Paitshimer Maguire, Benjamin Franklin, Rachel, Catharine, Elizabeth, Susan, Mary Ann and Margaret Emeline. He was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children.-
