Paitshimer Maguire was born on November 14th, 1834. Paitshimer Maguire's father was Michael Sisler and his mother was Mary Butts. His paternal grandparents were Michael Sisler and Rachel Pence. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Joseph B., John, William Washington, Henry Agustis, Napoleon Bonipart, Benjamin Franklin, Rachel, Catharine, Elizabeth, Susan, Mary Ann and Margaret Emeline. He was the third youngest of the thirteen children.-
