John Sisler 
John was born on April 15th, 1787 in Pleasant Hall, PA. John's father was Michael Sisler and his mother was Rachel Pence. His maternal grandparents were Peter Pence and Mary Unknown. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William, Peter Pence, Michael, George, Elizabeth, Harriet Esther, Catherine and Mary. He was the second oldest of the nine children.-
