Mable Shonyz was born on November 16th, 1912. Mable Shonyz's father was Thomas Waymon Honea and her mother was Burkie Irene Burton. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Seawright Jackson Burton and Julia Margaret Virginia Dixon. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Carlton Ray, Allen Rupert, Andrew Seawright, James Davis, Lena Estelle, Margaret Virginia and Glenna Irene. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
