Fred Ward Clay 
Fred Ward was born on November 9th, 1893. Fred Ward's father was Henry Joseph Clay and his mother was Jane Jeanette Carey. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Ballard Carey and Mary Jane Willis. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Bert H., Frank Joseph, Guy Henry, Ida Lora, Mary Ellen and Agnes Bessie. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 75 in 1968.-
