Joseph Benton

Joseph was born about 1660 in Milford, New Haven, CT.  Joseph's father was Andrew Benton and his mother was Hannah Stocking.  His paternal grandparents were John Benton and Mary Southernwood. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Andrew, John, Samuel, Mary, Dorothy and Hannah. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Ebenezer, John, Lydia and Hannah.  He died in 1753.
