Solomon Alford 
Solomon was born about 1545 in Whutestaunton, Somerset, Eng. Solomon's father was Rev Alexander Alford and his mother was Agnes Unknown. His paternal grandfather was John Alford. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William John , John , Bartholomew, Mary, Alice, Elinor and Bridget. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
