Elizabeth Frances Williams 
Elizabeth Frances was born on March 3rd, 1851 in Etowah, AL. Elizabeth Frances' father was Isaac Williams and her mother was Cynthia Elender Spratling. She had three brothers and three sisters, named James K Polk, William Cass, Jacob Pierce, Nancy Caroline, Mary Susannah and Georgia Tennessee. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 68 on July 28th, 1919.
Elizabeth Frances and William Rice were married in a religious ceremony on August 17th, 1871 in Sabine County, ARK (Benton). They had five sons named James Lee, Leonard Claborne, William Pierce, Helgmon and Nancy Nealy.
