Emily Beauchamp was born about 1822 in Woodford Co, Ky. Emily Beauchamp's father was William W. WHITAKER and her mother was Elizabeth HAMMOND. Her paternal grandparents were John (Peg Leg) WHITAKER and Martha Wilcoxson (Widow) WILSON. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin Franklin, Isaac Wilson, Larkin A., Nancy E., Narcissa, Amanda F. (Twin) and America W. (Twin).
