Nancy E. was born about 1807 in <, Woodford Co., Ky>. Nancy E.'s father was William W. WHITAKER and her mother was Elizabeth HAMMOND. Her paternal grandparents were John (Peg Leg) WHITAKER and Martha Wilcoxson (Widow) WILSON. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin Franklin, Isaac Wilson, Larkin A., Narcissa, Amanda F. (Twin), America W. (Twin) and Emily Beauchamp. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died on January 16th, 1840.-
