Jane WHITAKER 
Jane was born on October 31st, 1745 in Kennett Square, Chester, Pa. Jane's father was William WHITAKER and her mother was Elizabeth CARLETON. Her maternal grandparents were Marke CARLETON and Susanna WATSON. She had five brothers and five sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Mark Or Marcus, Samuel, William Jr., Peter, Joshua, Lydia, Sarah, Sarah, Susan, Mary and John. She was the second youngest of the twelve children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Samuel, Marcus Mark, Jane and Sarah. She died at the age of 65 in January 1811 in Fairview, Buncombe, North Carolina.-
