Mary Jane Hickerson 
Mary Jane was born on March 5th, 1856 in Franklin, Tn. Mary Jane's father was Charles Niles Hickerson and her mother was Martha Ann Arnold. Her paternal grandparents were John L Hickerson and Nancy Pettey; her maternal grandparents were James Arnold and Margaret Bagby. She had five brothers and three sisters, named John L, James F, Charles E, William Petty, Oliver, Alice, Maggie and Mattie. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 65 in October 1921.-
