Nancy Pettey 
Nancy was born on February 28th, 1785 in Wilkes Co., Nc. Nancy's father was William Eli Pettey and her mother was Lucretia "Lucy" Wright. Her paternal grandparents were William Pettey and Elizabeth Marshall; her maternal grandparents were John Wright and Ann Williams. She was an only child. She died at the age of 69 on September 7th, 1854 in Manchester, Tn. She was buried in Hickerson Cemetary, Hickerson Station, Tn.General Notes
