Her maternal grandparents were Alan MACDONAL , Lord of Galloway and Margaret DE HUNTINGDON. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Alexander, John, Hugh, Alan, Alianora and Ada. She had a half-sister named Maud (Matilda). She died at the age of 49 in 1289.General Notes
