Laodice, Seleucid Queen of Syria's father was Antiochus III, Seleucid King of Syria Megas and her mother was III, Princess of Pontus Laodice. Her paternal grandparents were Seleucus II, Seleucid King of Syria Callinicus and II, Seleucid Queen of Syria Laodice; her maternal grandparents were III, King of Pontus Mithradates and II, Seleucid Princess of Syria Laodice. She had two brothers and a sister, named Seleucus IV, Seleucid King of Syria, Antiochus IV, Seleucid King of Syria and Cleopatra I, Seleucid Queen of Egypt.
They had two daughters named Princess of Syria and Princess of Syria.
