Benjamin was born about 1698 in Lower Norfolk County, Virginia.1 Benjamin's father was Robert Culpepper and his mother was Sarah UNKNOWN. His paternal grandparents were Henry Culpepper and Elizabeth Green. He was an only child. He died in 1746.1 -
