Elizabeth Hawdon 
Elizabeth was born on January 4th, 1842.1 Elizabeth's father was John Hawdon and her mother was Margaret Katharine Potts. Her paternal grandparents were John Hawdon and Elizabeth Hunt; her maternal grandparents were William Potts and Margaret Werge. She had six brothers and two sisters, named John, Gilbert, William, Ernest, Joseph, Francis, Margaret and Annie. She was the second youngest of the nine children.-
